Provides platform-level governance and compliance stewardship, ensuring alignment of governance frameworks, ethical standards, and regulatory posture across Mirepa entities.

This stewardship role is exercised through Mirepa platform entities and is advisory and oversight-focused. It does not replace entity-level compliance functions, legal counsel, or board responsibilities.

Platform Risk & Integrity Steward

Provides independent oversight and advisory support on platform-level risk, ethics, and integrity matters, with a focus on safeguarding the platform against systemic and reputational risk.

This stewardship role is performed in a non-executive capacity and does not replace entity-level risk management, compliance, or board oversight.

Platform Finance & Capital Steward

Provides platform-level stewardship over financial principles, capital discipline, and long-term capital orientation across the Mirepa ecosystem.

This role supports consistency in financial standards and capital governance across entities and does not involve operational financial management or fund-level execution unless separately mandated.
